That's what we are looking at for the next 2 weeks. Trying to creatively feed 200 folks is going to be a challenge in itself. Right now we are looking at a buffet style dinner and may do BBQ and a county style dinner. As long as I don't have to deal with the country music I'll be okay!

Also have leads for 2 more industrial fans, someone who deals with large building ventilation issues and have discussed with my father the construction of bathrooms in the reception building.

That's right, there are currently no bathrooms in the barn. The owner of the place wants to get them in, but is lacking in time with all of the other projects. So I volunteered to help. What do I know about plumbing and building a functional bathroom, pretty much nothing. This should be fun. I can just imagine if someone asks me where the restroom is at the reception I can just say "Right over there, I helped build them"... The look of shock will be worth the effort as they go running out the door to the house to use the restroom...
